Just like Cinderella, these humble tubers are going to turn into something magical! These smaller, less sightly, UNLABELED tubers don’t make the cut as grade A tubers. But don’t let their size or imperfections fool you: with a little patience, they’ll easily grow to be the belle of the ball! Cinderella tubers are gathered from all of our farm stock: so you could be holding a Cafe Au Lait, a Peaches N Cream, a Sweet Nathalie…you just never know! As these tubers are smaller in size, you’ll want to pot them up immediately to begin growing or plant them in the ground if it’s no more than one week until your last frost date.
